The Steel String Supreme is a 100% analog preamp/overdrive designed around the character of the legendary Steel String Singer-style amplifier used by players like Stevie Ray Vaughan and John Mayer. It can be used as a clean boost, mild overdrive, tone shaper, or full preamp and offers extensive control over gain, EQ, and voicing. Vertex designed it for use in front of a traditional amp or directly into a cab simulator/IR loader.
